You’ll improve the team's developer experience, by automating repetitive tasks or improving test coverage

You mainly work on extending existing software components by implementing small features and bug fixes for existing functionality

You understand business value for the customers or teams You focus on learning good practices, software design, and engineering methodology fundamentals You aim to constantly understand the real-time behavior of functionality that you have written and deployed to production with the help of your peers You explain the thinking process and solutions clearly in team discussions to your peers You apply structured ways to decompose and solve simple problems, which have been well-defined by others
